I feel glad to present the project report entitled "Employee Motivation in Nepal
Telecom: A Study in Birendranagar, Surkhet" which is especially for the partial
fulfillment of the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA). The main
motto of the study is to investigate the impacts of advertisement media on customer
buying behaviour towards electronic goods. Undertaking the Bachelor Degree is truly
a difficult and challenging journey. Despite being a tough task, tremendous support
and indescribable inspiration from various individuals lead to the successful
