Zoom App

In our College due to Pandemic and the declaration of Lockdown students were
unable to come regularly in the class. They were forced to stay home to help stop
the spread Covid-19. So our institute has decided to use the Zoom App for
teaching & learning process. We provide the links to students. Today People
continue to use Zoom because it’s easy and free. After the scheduling the meeting
student can know that which topic will taught and when will taught. If we want
more participants for meeting, Zoom offers unlimited meetings for 40 minute.

For teaching through Zoom we can provide Diagrams, Chart Tables or Slides so
the student can watch and understand. Student can ask the questions with the
help of Chat. Teachers can take attendance and note the absent students. So this
tool is very easy to handle. In those days the use of Zoom App is increasing. We
can use Zoom’s high quality audio and video to simply have a discussion with and
individual or group of students. Teachers can use screen sharing text etc., we can
join in internet when we want to show more content. Thus for Teachers the free
version of Zoom, provides a suite of useful features including the ability to host
meetings with up to 100 participants. We can use the recording feature in Zoom
to create Video lesson, then share the Videos with students to watch. Today with
the help of zoom large participants can join in Webinar. Thus we use Zoom in
different ways.

Goggle Classroom
Millions of teachers are using Goggle Classroom in those days, Classroom is
designed to help teaches create and collect assignments peerlessly. It is free
online platform . Students are also able to see pending assignments . By allowing
students to submit their assignment or work, whenever I got free time I can view
their performance or grade. In this way goggle Classroom is the process of
sharing files between teachers and students. By the Goggle Classroom every
student is easily gets just what they need, and we can easily delete and recreate
classes. It is time sever and can be accessed from any computer via Google
Chrome or from any mobile device. Students can access classroom anytime,
anywhere. It is paperless hence, when we upload assessments to classroom, they
are saved to drive. It is easy to send email casement of Assignments and provide
feedback. Teachers analyzes data from assessments.

WhatsApp
WhatsApp is also easy tools for learning to the students. Teachers can create
students group on whatsApp They can send notices regarding lectures, scheduled
meetings on Zoom, assignments, and Quizzes etc. With the help of whatsApp we
can send audio lessons, PPT Materials or documents such as word, books etc. We
use the Group chats feature to create learning and study groups. due to
WhatsApp we are in contact and communicate with students though they are
outside the classroom in the situation Covid-19 . We can send graphics such as
pictures or charts directly to students. We are sending Video on particular topic.
WhatsApp is very cost effective, When I think about the participation in quizzes,
webinars or tests which other colleges organized I directly forward to students for
testing their knowledge and insist them to circulate the Certificate which they got.
So I can understand that how many student get success in the activity. One
research has showed that Student developed positive opinions towards the use of
WhatsApp in their courses.
