1.-Agnes has the LARGEST family.

She has THREE children


Kevin doesn't have AS MANY children AS Agnes. He has just two.
2.- Marilou is THE OLDEST. She'5 4 l . Marcel is THE YOUGEST He's only 25.Agnes is a
little bit Kevin. She's 34, and he's 32.
3.- Kevin works the MOST hours - 60 hours a week. Agnes doesn’t’t work as MANY hours as
Kevin, but she still worb
hard. She works MORE than Marcel, who onlyworks 35 hours a week.
4.- Kevin earns the Most money. He has the highest salary. Marcel has the smaller Salary .
Marcel doesn' t earn anything like THAN Agnes. She earns nearly twice THAN as him.
5 Agnes has BIGGER_ house than Marilou, but it isn't AS Kevin's. He has a huge house - six
bedrooms! Marcel has

He does not feel very comfortable in England, he also misses his friends

. He has the possibility of returning to China with his wife, but he has not

She went to England when she was 19 because her
parents divorced and her mother went to England to
make a new start.

For She it was an enormous shock. London wasn't
nearly as exciting as she thought.

She says: It is becoming more and more popular, especially with
Europeans. She loves her job. She says it is the most interesting job in the
world that not only serves food, it also gives people an experience of their
culture.

She says there are more opportunities in English than in her country

He tells us about his family, his marriage didn’t work out but he had two
children, Jennifer and Julian.

She is so thankful now that she came there, she really loves being in

She hasn’t intend of going home, she really loves being in England.

He wanted to study medicine and as his uncle
lived in London, he came there when he was 16

At first, he found it hard because of the roads
were bigger, and busier, and that it was too cold
although the weather of summer was lovely.

. He works doing dental surgery and loves it because his patients are from
different nationalities, religions and colours. Also, he attends the latest
and earliest generation of the same family.

. He thinks England is different because he found more opportunity and
freedom.

.He talks about his uncle at beginning and that his children were born
there.

. He thinks that England is a democratic and welcoming country. You can
be free there because you can say and think what you like.

He doesn’t mention it, but I think that not because he considers himself a
British person, and England as his home for his education and opportunity
to make him better.

1.-When people go to live in a foreign country, they can experience Culture shock.
What do you understand by this?

Yes, of course when you go to an unknown place each person has certain customs and
traditions and when there are two people from different cultures they both learn

2.-Why do people leave their own country? What are they looking for?
What are they escaping from?
The people look for new opportunities, new options and good work apart learn new
cultures
