Solution
原因1：通讯线路松动
解决办法：检查线路，可参考接线图；
Reason 1: The communication wire is disconnected
Solution: Check the wire connection with the wiring diagram.
原因2：TRO内部气压不足
解决办法：防爆型TRO的防爆原理为：TRO内部气压大于外部大气压，隔离易爆气体进入TRO
内部。供气正常的前提下，TRO上电初期，指示灯为绿 灯闪烁，此状态表示TRO内部气压
不足，TRO内部电路板不会通电，所以产生与PLC的通讯故障报警；只有当内部气压足够时
，计时器计时结束，TRO内部电路板才会自动通电，此时指示灯变为绿灯常亮，TRO才能与
PLC正常通讯。所以，在运行系统前，确保防爆型TRO的指示灯为绿灯常亮；解决方法是：
运行系统前，确保TRO供气没有问题的前提下，系统上电，将系统控制柜触摸屏打到自动界
面，此时防爆TRO会自动通电，绿灯开始闪烁；等待几分钟，绿灯常亮后，即可运行系统。
Reason 2: The inner pressure of TRO is not enough.
Solution: The principle of the EX type TRO is: the inner pressure of TRO is
higher than the outside pressure, which can prevent the dangerous gas going
into the TRO. If the compressed air supply is normal, after turning on the TRO,
the light is green and it is blinking, which means the inner pressure is not
enough, and the TRO will not be electrified, so that is the reason of the
communication alarm. If the inner pressure is enough for enough time, the TRO
will be electrified automatically, and the light is green and normal on, then
the TRO can communicate with the PLC normally. Thus, before running the system,
make sure the light of EX type TRO is green and normal on. And the method is:
before running the system, make sure the compressed air supply for TRO is
normal, power on the system, and enter into the AUTO mode interface. At this
time, the TRO will be electrified, and the green light starts blinking, waiting
for several minutes, after the light becoming normal on, start the system.
原因1、缺水 Reason 1: Lack of water
解决办法：
TRO取样水路是否正常，这也是培训过程中的常用故障和维护项。
1）检查气动取样泵工作是否正常；2）检查取样管路所有手动阀有没有打开；3）调节旋转
TRO内部的入口小阀（往外旋转水流变小，往里旋转水流变大）4）检测取水流速是否正常
：先后按下"SERVICE"等屏幕显示HOLD后再按 "MODE/EXIT",等屏幕显示FOLW稳定5s后
按"▲"看水流是否合适，屏幕显示GOOD即可。
Solution:
Check the sampling pipe of the TRO to make sure it is correct, which was
informed during the operation and maintaining training.
a. Check the pneumatic sampling pump works in normal way.
b. Check the manual valve on the sampling pipe line to make sure it is open.
c. Adjust the valve in the TRO (clockwise rotation makes flow rate high,
anticlockwise rotation makes flow rate low ).
d. Check the speed of the sampling water: Press “SERVICE” and wait until the
screen displays “HOLD”. Then press “MODE/ EXIT”, and wait until the screen
displays “FLOW” for 5 seconds, then press "▲" to check if the flow rate is
proper. Repeat the procedures until the screen displays “GOOD”.
原因2：泄放不畅
解决办法：检查TRO出口泄放管路，确保无堵塞
Reason 2: the drain pipe line is blocked
Solution: Check the drain pipe line of TRO to make sure there is not block.
1、 压载时瞬间超限或排载时出口超限 TRO value over set point temporary,rest
normally.
解决方案：此时系统会自动调节电流值或中和液注入量 使数值调到正常范围，报警会自动
消失；
Solution: The system will automatically adjust the current value or
neutralization solution to adjust the value to normal range, then the alarm
will automatically disappear;
2、 药剂过期 indicator expired
解决方案：
1） 检查TRO内部缓冲剂及指示剂是否过期，其中指示剂有效期为配好后三个月；缓冲剂有
效期为开封后12个月；
2） 检查TRO内部缓冲剂及指示剂加药软管是否通畅，如不通畅，可将软管取下使用针筒用
将管路打通，针筒可在备件中找到。
3） 检查中和单元药剂是否过期，有效期3个月
Solution:
1） check whether TRO internal buffer and indicator is expired, in which the
validity of the indicator for the match after three months; buffer is valid for
12 months after opening.
2） Check whether the dosing hose of TRO internal buffer and indicator is
obstructed, if obstructed, can remove hose and then get through it by using
syringe which can be found in the spare parts.
3）Check whether ANU neutralization solution is expired，neutralization
solution is valid for 12 months after mixed
