Specifications: AA... C2 Differential Air Pressure Switch Installation Instructions

1) The document provides installation and operation instructions for a AA...C2 differential air pressure switch. 2) The switch operates based on the difference in pressure between its two connections and includes models that detect increases or decreases in pressure or vacuum. 3) Proper installation requires connecting the higher pressure to one connection and leaving the other open to atmosphere, and following all electrical and gas codes.

WIRING
• Remove the clear cover from the switch.
• Use 14 or 16 AWG wire rated for at least 75°C. AA...C2 switching function
• Route the wires through the conduit connector. As pressure rises:
• Connect the wiring to the appropriate screw terminals. 1 NC opens, 2 NO closes
• Replace the clear cover. As pressure falls:
1 NC closes, 2 NO opens

CAUTION: All wiring must comply with local electri-

cal codes, ordinances and regulations.
CAUTION: Do not exceed the switch ratings given in
the specifications and on the switch.

OPERATION
Adjusting the Set Point • Use an accurate pressure gauge connected upstream from
