Basic Function of the Position Under the
direct supervision of the Supply (Warehouse)
Supervisor, the incumbent performs an array
of general warehouse functions that includes:
loading and unloading to/from trucks,
handling awkward cargo and/or heavy items,
packing and unpacking of residential assets,
Major Duties: inspects by external condition inbound
shipments. Properly sorts and place materials
on shelves. Operates any kind of utility cars,
forklift equipment and/or any warehouse hand
tools. Provides logistical support to task
orders processed thru myServices platform
for the Embassy compound, Embassy
warehouses or Embassy residences.
Performs welcome kits labor that includes
unpacking, inventorying, packing and properly
place them into the shelves. Helps to arrange
warehouse sales and provides support to the
Supply and Property Management (SPM)
inventory teams. Provides logistical support to
special Embassy events. Incumbent is an
