Benefits of On-Line Submission
Eliminates data entry errors
¾ EPSF data will be directly transferred to the database post validation &
approval of proofs.
¾ Proofs that are partially approved will be routed through the data entry
process for re-entering the revised figures
On-line intimation of proof status (approved / rejected) will be ahead of the
payroll process, giving an opportunity to employees to check status and
revert with clarifications, if any
Control over proofs submitted vis-à-vis proofs received for processing
Status notification
¾ Post proof validation, you will receive a notification to check proof approval
status on web. You may then login to the status of your proofs submitted.

been divided into 5 sections
(Section A to E) for
simplicity of understanding
and data entry.
• Details on Sections A to E
are provided on right hand
side. In case, you wish to
skip any section, just select
the relevant one.
• Click on “Save to Edit
Later” to save the values,
which can be edited later.
• Do not click on
‘FINISHED ALL
SECTIONS’ unless you
are sure about total
completion. Once this
button is clicked, the
EPSF will be frozen and
no further changes can be
done.

Confirmation of EPSF Update
Click on
“Finished All
Sections” to
generate the
EPSF Form.
Once
submitted, you
will not be able
to modify the
entries any
further and can
only be printed.

remind /
confirm once
again with you
before
submission

Generate & Print EPSF
Click on “Print”
to print the
EPSF Form and
attach the same
with the proofs.
Do remember to
staple the
documents together
properly and drop
in the collection box
ahead of the last
date.

EPSF Submission Process…
Attach ALL the proofs (as per the guidelines) to the EPSF form
Staple them securely together
Enclose the proofs in the order of the EPSF data filled (section-wise)
Submit them in the Drop-Box/HR before due date as communicated
to you internally.
Proofs submitted after the cut-off date will not be accounted for
income tax calculations.
