Production Risk Assessment

The production risk assessment summarizes the risks of a photo shoot at a house for a magazine cover on October 3rd, 2020. It notes that with COVID-19, the production will keep a 2 meter distance between models and require masks for those not involved in the shoot. The assessment also identifies risks from a mirror possibly falling and hurting someone, spreading COVID-19 if distance is not kept, and accidental injury from temporary hair spray if not used carefully. Controls are outlined such as keeping a safe distance from the mirror and models, wearing masks and sanitizing hands, and taking care when using the hair spray.
