Water is the primary requirement of every living being, especially for the health of our
body. Every day we consume water according to how much our activity. However, we don’t
know how the water quality that we drink. At this time, a lot of variety of drinks sold in the
market. They said, if variety of drinks is contains material that required for our body.
Whereas, every variety of drinks have dangerous chemical material for our body. For many
years, water is difficult to find, especially healthy water to drink. Many people still use an
unsafe drinking water source which may be contaminated by bacteria. If we don’t consume
enough healthy water (pure water) we can get sick and get any diseases.
Based on the description above, then I want to lift a title about “ Healthy Water for
Healthy Life “, so that the reader can know what is pure water, how healthy water
characteristics, what the benefits and impact if we drink water, the disease when we don’t
drink enough water and how ways to drink more water every day.
A. Definition and Characteristic of Healthy Water.
Healthy water is the very water that nature gives us when the bubbles out of the ground in
a natural mineral rich stream. Healthy drinking water must be free of harmful contaminants,
contain natural easily absorbed minerals for our bodies need for proper digestion and health
and have alkaline Ph balanced. Sources of water can get from surface, river or lake, rainwater
tank, bore and well. Water of this kind would require some treatment to make it potable.
Water also has the physical characteristics such as temperature, color, taste and odor,
turbidity and solids. The characteristic of a good water feature that is easy to remember is
usually odorless and has not taste and color.
B. Benefits of Drinking Healthy Water
When we consume healthy water, we can get many benefits for our body, such as:
1. It might protect against some types of cancer,
2. It keeps our kidney working
Kidney remove waste from our bodies, help control our blood, and balance fluids. So they
are crucial to keeping our system running smoothly. So, if you consume enough water, can
keep them working properly.
3. It protects our joints and cartilage
Water keep the cartilage around our joints hydrated and supple, ensuring that our joints
stay lubricated. The rubbery materials that coats our bines is about 85 percent water. So, to
keep this protective material healthy, we need consume enough of water.
4. Drinking water help maintain the balance of body fluids
The function of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption ,arculation, creation of
saliva,transportation of nutritients and maintenance of body temperature. So, if you do not
drink enough water, these bodily fluids can not work and of course can make you get any
problems with your body.
5. Water help keep skin looking good
Our skin containe plenty of water and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess
fluid loss. If you do not drink enough water, your skin will dry and wrinkled

Water is basic human need. Every day we must drinking water for our healthy body. If
you drink enought water, you can get any benefits for your body, but if you do not drink
enough water you can get some diseases. If we drink water, we must know the characteristics
of healthy water, you can adding something like fruits, so you can get drink any water and it
