 Scraping Self – Cleaning Filter
Scraping self-cleaning filter automatically removes
particles from the filter element surface by efficient
mechanical scraping, continuously works on-line,
consumes no disposal filter media. Requires no
frequent manual cleaning and is capable of the
filtration for both low and high viscous liquids.

The convention manual filter gets frequently clogged

when filtering the viscous liquid or blocked by
viscous contaminants, so the customer has to select
a large filter and clean the filter frequently. It takes
expensive investment, requires tough maintenance

are clogged, a specially designed back-flushing

 Ultrafine Self – Cleaning Filter
Ultrafine self-cleaning filter is the breakthrough
innovative product in the field of ultrafine
self-cleaning filtration, based on the unique
sealed back-flushing technology. It can forcefully
flush impurities off filter element surface. Filter
features the high efficient back-flushing, high
filtration rating, high flowrate and high dirty holding
capacity. The finest filtration rating ranges up
to 3 µm. it can be used to filter water and valuable
viscous liquids. Ultrafine filter can even work well
at the service condition of poor cleaness.

 Automatic Candle Filter System

Automatic candle filter system integrates tubular filter elements inside. After the filter cake is
built to certain thickness and the differential pressure reaches the preset value after filtration, the
remaining liquid in the filter is discharged and then the gas is introduced to back-blow the filter
cake off the filter candle, then filter candles are cleaned for the next filtration loop. Filter has
5 functions : direct filtration, precoat filtration, slurry concentration, filter cake recovery and
filter cake washing.
 Modular Self – Cleaning Filter
Modular self-cleaning filter designed on the base
of modular concept, consists of several standard
filter unit and has high safety redundancy. And the
operator can flexibly add online filter units to the
exsiting system for higher flowrate or dirty load
capacity. Modular filter works automatically and is
easy for capacity expansion. It can works in low
pressure condition by flushing with external
high-pressure back-flushing fluid. It adopts the
unique V-SLOT filter element, which can be
back-flushed clean thoroughly and costs less of
back-flushing liquid. When filtering some viscous
impurities or fibers, it is easy to open for periodic

 Bernoulli Self – Cleaning Filter
Bernoulli selt-cleaning filter is designed for continuous filtration of water on pressurized system.
Filter removes debris and particles from waters such as sea water, river water and the circulating
cooling water, works in Bernoulli principle, which leads to the simple and highly reliable filtering
operation. Simple and reliable structure with only two moving parts (clean disc and flushing valve),
non-contact cleaning, no particle extrusion out of the filter screen, efficient filtration, low and
consistant pressure drop (even < 11 KPa) both when clean and dirty, very low working pressure
requirement down to 30 KPa, wide flow rate range from 30 to 8.000 m³/h through single filter.

 Centrifugal Solid – Liquid Separator

Centrifugal solid-liquid separator is widely used for solid-liquid separation. It separetes precipitable
particles from liquids by centrifugal force while liquid rotation. The separation efficiency of separator
depends on the particle density and the liquid viscosity. The larger density of particles, the lower
viscosity of liquid, the better separation efficiency. For high density particles larger than 40µm, its
separation efficiency can exceed 98%.
 Bag Filtration System
Bag filtration system consists of a strainer / filter housing
and a support basket that uses a filter bag as filtering
element. Filter bag are readily available in many different
material : Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon and Teflon to
name a few. Filter bags are available with micron ratings
down to 1 micron. Advantages of using a filter bag are
that they are able to handle high flowrates, can process
viscous liquids and they are economical.

 Basket Filtration System
Basket Filtration system consists of a strainer / filter housing and a strainer basket or baskets.
The strainer / filter basket is available as perforated, wire mesh or wedge wire. The strainer / filter
basket is cleanable and reusable, and can be supplied with a wide range of opening sizes ranging
from 50 – 8.000 microns. The strainer / filter basket is designed to remove contaminants while also
protecting costly equipment down line; pumps, spray nozzles, heat exchangers, valve, etc.
A basket strainer helps to minimize production downtime.

 Magnetic Trap
Magnetic trap is capable to removing iron contaminants (such
as rust iron, iron particles) and other small ferromagnetic
impurities from the fluid. It can effectively improve the product
purity and protect key equipment from damage of iron particles.
The whole housing is made of stainless steel. The core magnetic
rods are made of the latest technology of ultrapowerful
NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) permanent magnetic rare earth.
The magnetic field peak strength is higher than 12,000 gauss,
which is the world’s highest class material. Magnetic rods
and fittings are welded by continuous stainless steel welding.

 Filter Bag
Bag filtration has advantages of economical filter media consumption, low filtering pressure drop
and convenient operation. It is capable of the most of all precision filtration applications. Filter bag
is the core filter element of BF bag filtration system. It determines filtration performance and final
product quality directly. All filter bags are made in the clean production environment and pass the
strict quality control procedure.

Depth Filtration
Filtration layer consists of crossing fine fibers by kind of froming rules, is good at removing small
solid particles and some soft impurites. It observably clarifies the liquid and is a kind of disposable
filtration media. The depth space has stronger dirty holding capacity.

Mesh Surface Filtration

Filter layer consists of smooth rigid mesh weaved by monofilament and the surface mesh is
usually square hole type. It is good to remove larger solid particles. Particle larger than mesh
size will be blocked and particles smaller than mesh size pass easily. The mesh surface
filtration has the screening fuction at set.

PP Polypropylene / PE Polyester Needlefelt Filter Media
PP/PE depth filtration media is suitable for the nominal precision filtration from 1µm to 200µm,
removes tiny particles and clarity the liquid. It has high dirty loading capacity and is a kind of
disposable filter media. The surface is processed by the most advanced calendaring and singeing
technical processing to prevent fibers from escaping.
NM Nylon Monofilament Weave Filter Media
NM mesh surface filtration media is mainly used to remove larger solid particles with filtration range
of 25µm to 100µm. it can be cleaned and reused for several times. It is made of anti-tensile nylon
monofilament. The intersections of latitude and longitude are thermoformed to fix the mesh size
when fitering.
PB Polypropylene Absolute Composite Filter Media
Depth filtration media is suitable for absolute filtration range of 1µm to 25µm. the filter layer is consist
of multi-layer superfine melt-blown fibers and fine filtration membrane,which can remove very small
particles and has efficiency up to 99%.
PS Melt-blown Polypropylene Oil Adsorption Filter Media
Both depth filtration media and adsorption filtration media. PB is suitable for oil adsorption and high
efficiency filtration rating 10µm, 25µm and 50µm. the filter layer is consist of multi-layer superfine
melt-blown fibers, which can remove very small particles.

FiberSEP series filter cartridge is made of stainless steel fibers by sintering, pleating
and welding. Its filtration ratings ranges from 3µm to 100µm. it has uniform pore size,
high filtration rating, high porosity, large surface area, high dirty holding capacity and
high flowrate, thus is particularly suitable for applications of high temperature strong
solvents and high pressure

• FineSEP series melt blown filter cartridge

FineSEP series filter cartridge is made of bonding melt-blown polypropylene fibers and
has three dimensional millipores inside. Pore sizes are large-to-small gradiently
distributed from outside to inside. Its filtration rating ranges 1µm to 50µm.

• MaxSEP series high flowrate filter cartridge

MaxSEP series filter cartridge is designed for applications of high filtration rating with
high impurity content or applications of high flowrate at high filtration ratings. It is the
absolute cartridge rating from 0,45µm to 70µm at 99% filtration efficiency

• MeshSEP series sintered weave filter cartridge

MeshSEP series filter cartridge is vacuum sintered with serval optimal stainless steel
mesh layers. Its rating ranges from 5µm to 200µm.

• MicoSEP series wound filter cartridge

MicroSEP series filter cartridge is made of super fine fiber bundles wound on the
porous support frame. Its filtration rating ranges from 1 µm to 50 µm. It has the internal
tight and external loose structure, which yields thus good depth fitration performance.

• PesSEP series pleated filter cartridge

PresSEP series pleated filter cartridge has the pleated filtration layer composed of
polyether sulphone membrane and distribution layer. Its filtration ratings ranges from
0.05µm to 0.65µm.

• PolySEP series pleated filter cartridge

PolySEP series filter cartridge has the pleated filtration layer composed of superfine
polupropylene fiber membrane and distribution layer. Its filtration ratings ranges from
0.45µm to 50µm.

• PtSEP series pleated filter cartridge

PtSEP series pleated filter cartridge has the pleated filtration layer composed of PTFE
membrane and distribution layer. Its filtration ratings ranges from 0.1µm to 0.45µm.

• PorSEP series sintered porous filter cartridge

PorSEP series filter cartridge is sintered by super fine metallic powders. Its filtration
rating ranges from 0.5µm to 20µm. It has uniform pore size, high porosity and heavy
duty.
