PREFACE
BBA is a stepping stone to the management carrier and to develop good manager it is
necessary that the theoretical must be supplemented with exposure to the real environment.
Theoretical knowledge just provides the base and it’s not sufficient to produce a good
manager that’s why practical knowledge is needed. Therefore the research product is an
essential requirement for the student of BBA.
This research project not only helps the student to utilize his skills properly, learn field
realities but also provides a chance to the organization to find out talent among the budding
managers in the very beginning.
A project work is a mandatory requirement for the degree of BBA. In order to achieve
tangible, positive and concrete results, the classroom knowledge needs to be effectively
wedded to the realities of the situation existing outside the classroom. On the analogy, the
students of the management Punjab University are given research so that they can be trained
in well effective manner. I have been given a research project on “CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION TOWARDS PURCHASE OF ONLINE TRAIN TICKETS”.
The research project not only broadens horizons but also helps to grasps the various
inerrancies of the business. The project report reflects the knowledge and experience gained
by me during my project.
