Operation Task Plan
A. SUPERVISED HEALTH STANDARD PROTOCOL OF THE SCHOOL
Before the opening of classes 2020-2021 all personnel should:
Secure that health protocol standards must strictly follow inside the campus.
Observe the cleanliness and the sanitation of every facilities.
Always wash their hands or disinfection with alcohol based hand sanitizer.
Avoid close contact, follow social distancing, one (1) meter between each person.
Assess the possibility of suspending the activity; enhance regular hand hygiene; provide medical
masks, gloves, and eye protection for workers.
Stay at home when you are sick.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
During classes, all personnel and the students should:
Strictly follow and understand the health protocols of the school.
Not allow the frequent face to face classes. At least one a month (For College student’s only).
Always wear your mask or any protective equipment.
Avoid close contact. Five person per meeting to follow social distancing.
Stay at home when you’re sick or not feeling well.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Always wash their hands or disinfection with alcohol based hand sanitizer.
Take note: The said task would be monitored and observed by the operation team to maintain the health
standard inside the campus.
B. MAINTAIN WORK-FORCE INSIDE THE SCHOOL
Before and during the classes of 2020-2021 personnel should: (Distance Learning)
Collaborate with each other in making their own Learning Guide, Syllabus, Learning Module,
MELCs CG, DLL.
Conduct a collaborative meeting or forum to discuss concerns, and how to help solve the said
concerns.
Always open for the inquiries of the students’ with regards to their concerns or follow-ups about
learning modules or activities provided.
Assist the students’ about their respective tasks.
Always open for the revision or development of learning guides.
Committed to the campus tasks.
Follow deadlines of submission in every handed tasks.
Submit output (such as checked quizzes, activities, assessment) for monitoring purposes.
