MSITM Program

The program is recognized as a STEM program. The purpose of the program is to provide

students with the higher skills and knowledge required to get their potential in the ITM area. The

program will provide students the higher flexibility and competency to maintain and develop a

competitive control in the current business changing, highly competitive IT atmosphere. Students

enable to introduce of the key best practices for controlling interrelationships and IT functions in

the organization. The MSITM, therefore, helps the students to have prior work experience, be

currently working in a part-time or full-time position, finalizing an internship, or higher job

shadowing. This educational degree is highly intended for best practicing experts who retain a

bachelor’s degree and feel the additional study requirements enhance their key ability to

contribute to their company, career, and society[ CITATION Pow18 \l 1033 ].

The MSITM program enabled me to attain deeper insights into the real-world application

of expertise and skills in IT management. It is because the program incorporated the company

and technological aspects required by modern-day employers. The programme dealt extensively

with essential aspects of IT, namely networks, infrastructure, applications, and data processing.

The course discussed these data management foundations adequately to grasp the functionality of

network infrastructure and data structures.

Therefore, for information technology, I learned how to select the right software and

hardware. In addition, the program helped me to learn how to protect our computing resources

from multiple security threats, like intrusion and attacks by malware. For instance, I have gained

knowledge of different cloud computing security techniques, like encryption. I strongly believe

that awareness will help make appropriate decision by purchasing the right training and support

my staff, particularly in the fields of securing the communication network. The MSITM software

also gave me the information to use our database to enhance our activities[ CITATION Ber15 \l
