Question: Explain the success of Do bucket paani ab rozanahaibachnai(I will
save two buckets of water a day) campaign for Surf Excel. What consumer
behavior insights can you draw from this case. Identify the personal and
interpersonal factors that affect consumer behavior for the product/service

ANSWER:
CSR raises the issue of water crises India CSR can benefit the company. It can improve the
public perception of the company increases sales. This campaign is beneficial for the contrary as
they are suffering from the water crises. The brands core proposition was an opportunity for the
consumers to save two water of bucket every day. It also saves money because people in Tamil
and Nadu have to pay extra money for every bucket of water. This campaign can improve
company’s sales and public preseption.
