Electronics and Mind Control
(...) It has been proved that people can not use their ears suddenly heard when pumping
energy in the gigahertz frequency range through the human brain (...). (...)
We were told that our hearing can only react to acoustic stimulation. This "fact" is far from
meeting the facts. By Dr. Frey and other tests carried out show clearly that the hearing of
humans and probably also the animal can react to electromagnetic energy in at least a
portion of the radio frequency spectrum. The data show that in tests as shown in Figure 2,
with very small amounts of energy (to exclude biological damage) at frequencies down to
200 MHz and up to at least 3 GHz hearing is stimulated. The subjects reported that they
"hear" a buzzing noise could, if they were exposed to the low amount of energy. But they
could not specify the radio frequency noise corresponding sine wave. ( Translator's note: It
has been the subjects probably sine waves of different frequencies played, which should
compare it with the Radiofrequenzton ) The apparent source of the buzzing, clicky, knocking
or hissing noise is described as being directly behind the head in the head or. This place
does not change, no matter how the subject turns his head in the radio frequency field and
turns.
WHILE these experiments was made a very important discovery: Pigeon could often hear

the Radiofrequenzton. The medical criterion was that a person could the acoustic tones at a
frequency of about 5 kHz, whether as air or as a structureborne noise, hear, and could
hear the Radiofrequenzton. These and similar studies led to the construction of radio
frequency hearing aids for the deaf, one of Listening Inc., Garden St. 6, Arlington, Mass of
them. under the name Neurophone Model GPF1 is produced. This unit operates at 100
kHz and is Quartz controlled.
These studies relate to the fact that some people can listen to the radio programs through
the fillings in their teeth. This phenomenon has been technically checked by screening
between the relevant persons and the modulated radio frequency sources were brought. As
the bottom half of the head was shielded including the upper jaw, they could hear the
Radiofrequenzton. After shielding the upper half of the head he had disappeared. Although
the responsibility for this effect mechanism is not known, it can be assumed that it is the
result of a direct irritation of the nerves of the brain cortex. But we still know another form of
hearing, which is noticeable when the human head is located between two large capacitor
plates that are excited by changing electrostatic potentials. The socalled "electrophonic
hearing" apparently acts in quasi mechanical type on the eardrum. This effect is a new
useful tool in special psychophysiological studies of hearing or vibrationsensitive touch.
Of course, searching for possible applications of these research results. It run first studies
on the use of electrodynamic brain control in animals and even in humans. We think of the
brain wave proposal on the basis of ideas of the late Dr. Norbert Weiner, the acknowledged
father of cybernetics.
After Weiner, a hanging on the ceiling of sheet metal, which is connected to an electrostatic
generator with a frequency of 10 Hz, in humans cause unpleasant sensations. At a field
strength of 1 or 2 volts per square centimeter of this alternating field roughly corresponds
with the frequency of the alpha rhythm of the brain waves of people. This electric field tries
keep the brain waves on the fixed frequency of the generator. Electronic sleep machines
operate with currents of fixed amplitude and pulse length (usually rectangular pulses) are
led by senior face masks through the skull and the brain on similar principles.
Brain Control in birds
The radar technology is used today to solve the problem of birds that are in the flight path of
fast airplanes. The idea is to trigger in the brains of individual or flying in flocks birds such
motion controls that cause the birds avoid a collision, by leaving the trajectory of the aircraft.
This research was initiated by the alarmingly high number of collisions between birds and
planes flying each year in property damage amounting to millions of dollars and the loss of
human life. This research is being conducted by the Canadian National Research Council
and promise success in influencing the brains of birds. That used by the NRC test system
consists of a carousel of bird cages in which live chickens are (Figure 3).

Only one of the many horns that hang over the cages, has a microwave antenna. This
research program under the direction of Dr. Alan Tanner aims aim to develop a microwave
system to the brain control the case has the greatest impact on the birds and the lowest
energy consumption. When exposed to microwave radiation, show birds generally have a
flight response. This fact turned out during the 2nd World War. Researchers also found that
in every case the microwave field through which flew the birds, was of very low intensity
too weak anyway, as the confusion of birds and their flight response could be attributed to a
warming of the carcasses.
Different birds have different patterns of behavior. In the laboratory located outside the
radiation field wings of a bird dropped a few seconds down after turning on the microwave
field, while the other wing stretched out. Similar observations were also observed in the
legs. Sometimes the birds out of the microwave field fled. In the rotary reaction the outer
side of the bird was paralyzed. Shortly, the microwave beam affects the nervous system of
animals. Seagulls and pigeons react similarly although the gulls are more prone to escape.
It is noteworthy that the feathers of birds play a greater role in the perception of the
environment than had been previously thought. Plucked chickens show to the 12th day, to
grow in the new feathers begin and protrude the tips of the skin's surface, no or only a small
response to microwave fields. Unplucked chicken whose tail feathers of microwave
radiation were exposed, immediately broke off their foraging in the cage and got after 10 to
20 seconds and more problems. After turning off the microwave field, the birds ruffled their
feathers and arranged then. Canadians believe that the physical properties of the quill

especially the piezoelectric properties has the living tissue put mechanisms close that
were previously overlooked. However, the work of Dr. Tanner and his Mitabeitern and
carried out by other research should soon lead to a microwave beam the correct
wavelength and modulation, the birds quickly moved to a behavior avoids collisions.
Measurement of brain waves.
About 40 years ago began a university professor F. Cazzamalli with the publication of
writings on the measurement of brain waves, and suggested that he had discovered
radiation of the brain. As Figure 4 shows, he brought subjects in a shielded room (or
Faraday cage), UHF radiated waves through their heads, and reported to, that he "knock
frequencies" with a nontuned receiver from a crystal or a diode tube, a capacitor, an
antenna has recorded and a sensitive Lichtstrahlgalvanometer.
The problem is that Cazzamalli has never indicated the performance of his station in his
somewhat unscientific publications. His oscillograms should show changes of "knock" when
its subjects emotionally aroused or engaged in creative activities were while they were in
the Faraday cage. Later, he told the astonished world that his subjects hallucinated under
the influence of his "oscillatori telegrafica" who worked at that time with a frequency of
about 300 MHz. Tom Jaski, a wellknown science writer and engineer, repeated some of the
work of Cazzamali with a modern transmitter low power of shot through the frequency range
of 300 MHz and 600 MHz. His subjects could not see the frequency setting. You should
immediately give a signal when they felt something unusual. In a certain frequency range
between 380 MHz and 500 MHz, the subjects named in up to 14 of 15 attempts repeated
exactly the same points. These "individual" frequencies, the test subjects reported a knock
in the brain, ringing in the ears and a strange compulsion to bite the experimenter. The light
emitted by this transmitter power was only a few milliwatts and this station was located
several feet away from the subjects removed.
The conclusions.
Considering the few examples above, it seems that both humans and animals have brains

that are sensitive to radio frequency energy appears. The mechanisms of action are not
known precisely, but the site of action is obviously in the neurons and the synapses.
Without a comprehensive research we do not know to what extent this sensitivity affects our
life expectancy. There has been speculation in the past a lot about how electromagnetic
radiation affects our social life. Thus, for example, the late Dr. Goldman once insisted that
radio frequency radiation is the time, so the primitive brain, allows the control of the people
to attain. ( Translator's note: This text must be understood from the time out today probably
no scientists would more Freudian terms used to explain observations made.. ) Such
considerations might open a Pandora's box when declaring our steeply rising crime rate
and the decline in social cohesion are used. So before we rush our environment polluting
electromagnetically, it would be appropriate with regard to the future, and to explore and for
all whether and what adverse effects this will have on our lives.
