KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


I, G, of Legal Age, Filipino, Married, and with residence at 158 Camp 7, Kennon Rd., Baguio City do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and resident of 48 Dupan St.,
Brgy. Quirino, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead to do and perform following:

1. To represent me on my behalf to transact/deal with prospective buyer/s interested to buy/acquire our


lot located at Solano, Nueva Vizcaya covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 036- and 036-;
2. To receive payment and acknowledge receipt thereof;
3. To execute the necessary Deed of Sale and other documents necessary for the transfer of the property
to the buyer thereof;
4. To represent me to transact/buy real property and pay for the same;
5. To sign, execute, secure, receive and submit documents, and to do other acts necessary for the
completion of the powers granted hereof;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as I may or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in
person and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue these presents.
