“First Move” INTRODUCTION

Open the database for example the school records.
From the file menu, click Open.
Find the location where you saved the database.
Click on the filename, and click open.
Right click Table 1,

This will be the screen to use to define your table. Do you
remember the previous activity where you defined the
Field Name, Field Type and Field Length? This is where
you are going to use them.
The Field Length is the Field Size for the Text Data
