SCOPE OF WORK
This CERTIFIES that the contractor has substantially completed all phase of work (atleast 98% or
more) as required for the construction of the above mentioned SCOPE OF WORK, all in accordance
with the plans and specifications provided for in the contract. The date of substantial completion is
hereby established as.

That where adjustments resulted in chargeable costs, such costs have been properly accounted and
noted in approved WORK AUTHORIZATION ORDERS.

Nothing, however, contained herein shall be construed as to waive completely all rights of the OWNER
to reject the whole or any portion of the aforementioned work should be the same be found later to
have been constructed in violation of the terms and condition of the CONTRACT.

That the contractor has executed a written undertaking to finish any outstanding works during the
period of making good of known defects or faults as defined in articles 20.12 and 20.13 of the General
Condition.

WHEREOF, the above mentioned SCOPE OF WORK is hereby ACCEPTED and this CERIFICATE
is issued accordingly
