Job Overview:
We are looking for a person who loves to socialize, is hail-fellow-well-mate with the latest
technologies and social media trends, has a flair and understands how engaging
multimedia content can be used in marketing, one who can cohere clients with
communication skills, and most importantly one with a voracious learning attitude.
Role & responsibility:
● Work in a buddy system with the Brand Manager
● Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
● Develop, implement and manage monthly social media strategy.
● Development of brand awareness and online reputation
● Manage and oversee social media content.
● Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, trends and technologies
● Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
● Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
● Report on effectiveness of campaigns
● Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
● Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and
appealing.
● Work with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
You are the one we are looking for if you have:
● Freshers are welcomed, Social media Internship experiences will be an additional
benefit.
● Must have Skill bank - Excellent communication skills, Multitasking, analytical
skills, time-management skills.
● Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+
and other social media best practices
● Ability to deliver creative content ideas
● Basic understanding of social media KPIs
● Genial personality, problem-solving skills and team player
● Familiarity with online marketing channels
● Understanding of social listening and community management tools.
● Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
● Maintains excellent writing and language skills
● Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy,
patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
