It gives a great pleasure to me to recommend Mr. Shimels Abye for his intelligent in his
academic year. I have been his instructor for five successive year and advisor for final BSc
project in his academic year in the Surveying Engineering Program at Mizan Tepi University,
Tepi campus. So, I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Mr. Shimels Abye to take
