this stage of the model has us design a workshop to be able to narrow down
the innovation prospects that have been suggested above to only one. for
this reason it is akin to the selecting aspect of the simplified model of
innovation
Design experiments that reveal innovation requirements:
Intel should have to design different experiments to check out the future requirements of
innovation. To collect information regarding future requirement the company can use
qualitative and quantitative methods. The company should have to hire a team, who are
responsible to observe the behavior of customers. They can interact with them by asking
them to give their suggestion for improvement. They can conduct observation and focus
group discussion in order to collect information about the future. Intel can use its existing
data and annual reports to identify the gaps and should introduce the different revised model
to improve the effectiveness of its operations and processes. Not end with operation and
processes, Intel should have to continuously revise its financial operation, should inculcate
advance marketing skills and should have to bring innovation in both upstream and
downstream supplier's side. When the Intel has a great pool of information collected from
customers and through workshops, they will be better able to drive different innovation
methods within the organization.
The three suggestions to Intel about innovational improvement include:
They should have to build a strong relationship with their customers
Intel should move toward customization, as people like to have products that fulfill
their needs inaccurate manners.
The company may hire new staffs, which are competent enough to bring innovation in
industrial processes, operations, and products as well
They can run the workshop on about 100 customers who can ne reached online and
we can ask them a series of open ended and closed ended questions for better
understanding of their needs
