APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

COMES NOW, the Accused, thru the undersigned counsel to this


Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges:

1. That herein accused was charged in an INFORMATION for the


above-mentioned case;

1. After being appraised of the consequences of plea bargaining, and


AGAINST THE ADVICE OF UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL, accused
pleaded as charged to the offense of Section 12 of Article II of RA
9165;

2. In a JUDGMENT dated November 25, 2020, received by the


undersigned counsel on December 15, 2020, he is sentenced to suffer
an straight penalty of imprisonment for six (6) months and one (1)
day, plus a fine of ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00) for each case;

2. That accused is bonded in this case;

3. That based on the foregoing, accused is not disqualified to apply for


probation;

4. That accused undertakes to comply with such terms and conditions as


this Honorable Court may impose if him if this application for
probation will be granted;

5. That pending this application, accused wishes to enjoy his provisional


liberty under the same bond.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Honorable


Court give due course to this Application for Probation and place herein
accused on probation in accordance with law.

Further accused prays for such other relief as this Honorable Court
may deem just and equitable under the premises.
