Executive Housekeeper- is the head of the housekeeping and serves several
responsibilities that include: managing the housekeeping team; translating all hotel
policies and standards into housekeeping operation.
Assistant Executive- is the head of a given shift and responsible in managing the
resources provided by the executive housekeeper.
Housekeeping Supervisor- are responsible in in checking the cleanliness and
maintenance of guest rooms on allotted floors. Responsible in controlling the
housekeeping personnel.
Room Attendant- are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance assigned
guestrooms. They serve as they eyes as they ears of the security team to untoward
incident.
Laundry Supervisor- is responsible for ensuring that laundry attendants are doing job
like washing, drying, folding and pressing items.
Linen Room Supervisor- is responsible in coordinating the exchange of soiled linen for
clean one He or she is responsible in maintenance and proper storage of linen to
minimize loss.
Uniform Room Supervisor- responsible of uniform room supervisor including keeping all
uniform in safe conditions and to the issue laundered uniform to hotel staff.
Laundry and Linen Room Attendant- responsible for laundering linens, towels , napkins,
apron, uniform and other items.
Public Area Personnel- responsible for ensuring the public area doing their job the
cleanliness, orderliness and upkeep the aesthetic image of all public area like the lobby,
hallway, banquet, and public restroom.
