WARRANTY ONE YEAR against any manufacturing
defect, where warranty covers only
limited to changing or replacing defected
parts free of charge. where warranty
does not cover misuse or mishandling
of equipment. Warranty does not cover
damage to fire pump set due to dry run.
VALIDITY OF OFFER 30 days from the date of offer.
Important Note:
Please note that we would highly appreciate if you kindly grant the maintenance contract to us for this
roject once the warranty peri n li ntract quote can be received from our

General Works/Items not included in this quotation:
> Our Scope of work is Equipment Supply with Engineering & Testing & Commissioning and Installation.
> Alter placing the purchase order, any item if cancelled by the client, 30% of it’s value shall be charged
condition with SFFECO acceptance on the same.
> Our payment is not related to any other 3 party payment.
> Testing of System will be without Discharge of Gas ( Dry Test only )
> Supply of Pipes, Supports, Manifold, Wires, Conduits etc & such Accessories included our offer.
In case of any changes during design stage ( Equipments & Quantity ) it shall be charged Extra.
A storage charge of 1% , of the total order value per day will apply (Maximum 10 %) from the date of
intimation of goods pick up. Exceeding 30 days we reserve the right to utilize the materials for others.
Further on 100% settlement of the PO value a new delivery date will be considered.
> Final quotation shall be submitted after receiving the design approval by Client/ Consultant.
> Incase of any pumps, site voltage should be clearly mentioned while placing orders.
> Any Kind of Civil Work & Power Supply not our Scope.
> We reserve the right to correct prices, in case of any typographical or arithmetic errors in this quotation.
