2. Who among the entrepreneurs you mentioned that you admire most and
why?
I really don't know them, but I admire Mr. Henry Sy because of his
very inspiring journey to become the richest man in the country. Henry Sy
was not born with the silver spoon in mouth. He was always committed
with his goal to succeed. His journey was like a roller coaster ride which is
full of ups and downs. The story of Mr. Henry Sy tells us to never give up
from a failure. Failure is the first step to success. According to him, success
is not always good luck but is the combination of good credits standing
hard work, time, readiness and opportunity.
3. In your own opinion, what do you need to possess to become a successful
entrepreneur?
For me, discipline is the most important characteristic of a person to
become a successful entrepreneur. It takes discipline to carefully study
every aspect of a business before committing to it. Also. it takes discipline
to test assumptions rather than jumping to conclusions and hoping for the
best.
