Source of funds to finance the housing project for 1 st and 2nd income groups will be provided by the
National Housing Authority (NHA), private developers through its 15% balance housing and other key
shelter agencies.

Implementation of the local shelter programs and strategies would involve a huge amount of money
which the City of El Salvador cannot afford on its own. It would require the joints effort of the different
stakeholders.
