This is the main hierarchy of Additor components.

Workspace is the space where you can manage all the work.
Channel
Channel is the space where you can classify the pages.
Page
Page is the basic content or document unit to organize information.
Section & Note
Basic building blocks for a great page
Create a new section
By clicking the 'Create Section' button, you can easily add a new section.
Create a new note
By clicking the 'Create Note’ button, you can easily add a new note. Please add the next
note by clicking + button that appears when you hover the area under the note.

By dragging a note, you can easily move it from one section to another.

Activate Note toolbar
There are 3 ways to activate note toolbar
Click the ' + ' button on the left side of the note
Type '/' to show commands
Activate the note toolbar by selecting texts

Formatting Options
With the note toolbar, you can change the text format easily.

Upload Images
1. Activate the note toolbar to select the 'Image' menu
2. Select the images from your desktop
You can also add images by dragging and dropping them into any note.

Image Grid
Drag an image and drop it next to target image to automatically create the grid. You can
also view the image on the full-screen by double-clicking it.

Embed
Embed allows you to add multi-media content like YouTube, Vimeo, Google Docs, and etc.

1. Activate the note toolbar to select the 'Embed' menu
2. Paste the URL into the input on the pop-up

Table
By clicking the 'Table' menu of the note toolbar, you can create a table. When you click
any cell, you'll see a controller to add a new column or row.

You can create a ‘Code Block’ to write codes in a note. Also, you can make any text into
an inline code like this .

Card & Viewer
You can focus on the content within a page.
Create Card
1. Click the Addit card button
2. Paste the URL in the input
You can also create a card in the card box or by using our chrome extension app.

Content Viewer
When you click the card, you can view the original content within our own content
viewer. It supports various formats like a web page, PDF, PPTX, WORD, and etc.

How to Share a Page

We have 3 ways of sharing your awesome page.
1. You can make your page public to make it accessible to anyone with the URL.
2. You can invite guests by email to the page.
3. Invite people as workspace members
1. Public Page

1. Click the 'Share' button in the upper right corner of a page
2. Turn the toggle button into the 'Enabled' status
3. Copy the URL of the page and share it with your collaborators
2. Invite a guest to the page
1. Click the 'Share' button in the upper right corner of a page
2. Enter the email of the guest you are inviting
3. Set the guest's permissions and press the Invite button.

3. Invite as a workspace member
1. Click ▼ button next to your workspace's name on the left navigation bar
2. Click Invite New Members
3. Type the email address of the person you want to invite
4. Click the Send Invitations button
