Introduction
Jennifer Lee is an American screenwriter, film director, and chief creative officer of Walt Disney
Animation Studios. She is also known as the writer and director of frozen and its sequel frozen II.
Jennifer also directed movies like Wreck-it Ralph, A wrinkle in Time, Zootopia, and Ralph breaks the
internet. The theme of the story was all about the tender love and care for their loved ones no matter what
happen. I think she chose this title to show the viewers that they need to love and take care each other
especially their loved ones and never judge the book by its cover because it can harm the feelings of
others. The problem that they have met in movie starts from the powers of Elsa which is ice and snow.
People thought that she will harm them or kill them that’s why they want to kill her. Luckily, they’ve
didn’t kill her but Elsa leaves their house to escape from danger that caused by the persons who wants to
kill her. The problem ends when Elsa and Kristoff saved Anna from the hands of Prince Hans who wants
to kill her to become a new king of the palace. Prince Hans was arrested by the police and put into jail.
II. Body
The story all started in the kingdom of Arendelle, a king and a queen give birth to two girls. The eldest
daughter, Elsa is born with the power to create and control ice and snow. The youngest daughter, Anna,
possesses no magic powers. After seriously injuring Anna on accident one night, Elsa’s parents decided to
keep her confined in the castle until she can learn to control her powers. This leave Elsa in her room her
entire childhood, and Anna without a sister, wondering why she won’t come out and play. When Elsa
comes of age, the kingdom prepares for her to become queen by throwing a huge coronation celebration.
Anna, thrilled to finally be let out of the castle, meets a charming visiting prince, Prince Hans, and after
spending very little time with him, agrees to be his wife. Elsa denies Anna her blessing upon hearing the
news, and ask her emotions bubble up, so do her powers. Elsa please the kingdom, leaving Arendelle
buried in ice and snow and a throne without a ruler. Anna decided to set off into the wilderness to find her
sister and bring her home, employing the help of working-class man named Kristoff, while Elsa finally
learns to embrace her power for the first time, creating a massive castle far from the kingdom, where she
may live happily in isolation. When Anna finally catch up with Elsa, she must make a decision attempt to
make things right and stick with her family, stay away from the restrictions and judgements of the society.
When their kingdom becomes trapped in perpetual winter, fearless Anna joins forces with the
mountaineer Kristoff and reindeer sidekick Sven to find Anna’s sister, snow Queen Elsa, and break her
Icy spell. Although their epic journey leads them to encounter with mystical trolls, a comedic snowman,
harsh conditions, and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff bravely push onward in a race to save their
kingdom from winter’s cold grip.
When Elsa accidentally injured Anna, their parents thought that Elsa will be harmful that’s why they
decided to separate them by bringing Elsa in a room where no one can enter or see her. One day, Elsa
leaves the castle to escape from danger. She builds a castle made from ice that comes from her power so it
can be her throne for the mean time. Anna and Kristoff didn’t stop to find her sister to bring back to the
castle to be the new crowned as Queen of Arendelle.
In this movie, there were several arguments that are developed. First is you can’t marr y a man you just
met. Okay, technically, you can, if you really insist, but you unequivocally should not. There are many
reasons for this, but rather than list them out, we’ll just suggest you imagine what might have happened if
Anna had married Hans. What’s more, by rushing into a relationship with Hans, Anna could have missed
out on her better match with Kristoff, remember that if you’re ever scared being alone. Second, don’t shut
your loved ones out. Sometimes, when you’re grieving or experiencing hardship, it can be tempting to
shut out the people who love you and want to help. Letting them in can seem painful, because you’ll have
to confront your emotions, or even risky, because you’ll have to trust them with your feelings… but
you’re only going to cause yourself more suffering if you insist on going through it alone. Don’t shut the
door, let them in. And lastly, some people are worth melting for. Who can deny the beautiful wisdom
contained within this nugget from Olaf? There’s never been a better motto for friendship.
III. Conclusion
Jennifer lee was a great director because of the beautiful flow of the story. She makes the story fun
because of the two girls who love’s each other and they will protect each other in danger no matter what
happen. It is also fun to have a comedic snowman friend who is ready to melt for them just to protect
them. I appreciated it a lot that’s why this movie deserve an award for being the most educational movie
for kids for them to learn on how to respect and love each other.
I agreed with the author because the story tells us that you need to love your family whatever happens,
even if there’s a quarrel or any problems that you need to face. You need to swallow your pride and think
for the best because whenever there is a big problem, all you can talk, approach and please is only your
family who can’t say no to you. They will stand as your angels and they will never let you down. We
don’t need to judge a person if we don’t know him\her because judging can affect the lifestyle of the
person. Let’s love each other and never bare false witness against others to have a peaceful and happy life
without ending.
Frozen is a beautiful animated movie for children because in this movie, they can learn more things on
how to love their family, friends and other relatives. This movie show’s that you can be a better person
whether you have a power or not, you can be a hero in a simplest way and you can show your love and
respect in a simple way. Frozen though us not to trust a person when you don’t know him\her very well.
