conduct a study entitled “Quantitative Analysis: Relationship between Time
Expenditure of Male SHS Students on Watching Sexually Explicit Videos and
their Social Behavior” in partial fulfilment of the requirements in Practical Research
2 for the First Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021.

With regard to this, we would like to ask for your permission to allow us do an online
survey among selected SHS students at Ballesteros National High School concerned
with our study. The process would only last for about 10-15 minutes and will be
arranged at a time convenient to the respondent’s schedule. Participation for this
study will completely be voluntary and there are no known or anticipated risks in the
process. All the information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and will be
used only for academic purposes.
