Palindromic Substrings

Given a string, your task is to count how many palindromic substrings in this string.
The substrings with different start indexes or end indexes are counted as different substrings even
they consist of same characters.
Example 1:
Input: "abc"
Output: 3
Explanation: Three palindromic strings: "a", "b", "c".
Example 2:
Input: "aaa"
Output: 6
Explanation: Six palindromic strings: "a", "a", "a", "aa", "aa", "aaa".
Note:
The input string length won't exceed 1000.

Coin Change
You are given coins of different denominations and a total amount of money amount. Write a
function to compute the fewest number of coins that you need to make up that amount. If that
amount of money cannot be made up by any combination of the coins, return -1.
You may assume that you have an infinite number of each kind of coin.
Example 1:
Input: coins = [1,2,5], amount = 11
Output: 3
Explanation: 11 = 5 + 5 + 1
Example 2:
Input: coins = [2], amount = 3
Output: -1
Example 3:
Input: coins = [1], amount = 0
Output: 0
Example 4:
Input: coins = [1], amount = 1
Output: 1
Example 5:
Input: coins = [1], amount = 2
Output: 2
Constraints:
1 <= coins.length <= 12
1 <= coins[i] <= 231 - 1
0 <= amount <= 104
Count of Smaller Numbers After Self
You are given an integer array nums and you have to return a new counts array. The counts array
has the property where counts[i] is the number of smaller elements to the right of nums[i].
Example 1:
Input: nums = [5,2,6,1]
Output: [2,1,1,0]
Explanation:
To the right of 5 there are 2 smaller elements (2 and 1).
To the right of 2 there is only 1 smaller element (1).
To the right of 6 there is 1 smaller element (1).
To the right of 1 there is 0 smaller element.
Constraints:
0 <= nums.length <= 10^5
-10^4 <= nums[i] <= 10^4
