1. Overview:

India is considered as the preferred destination for Business process outsourcing.


The fast growing BPO sector in our country has increased the number of
companies working in this field as well as employees working in these
companies. Most of the clients for which these companies were working were
from European countries. Due to different time zones the employees are expected
to come according to the time of the country for which they work. It was very
difficult for them to maintain the timing because of excessive change in shifts, but
reporting at correct time was necessary. BRIGADE CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
was also facing such kinds of problem due to different time zones. There were
complaints from clients regarding the irregularities of employees. There was
necessity that employees must be able to know the details regarding different time
zones to avoid such problems. The management hence decided to make a system
so that employees may be able to know about the different time zones, for which
following requirements were identified.

2. Requirements:
You should create a main page with Login Id and Password. Check for the
different roles and restrict access to perform the specified operations. (I.e. User
cannot Modify/Delete values.) User types are Admin and User.
Read the requirements carefully; Use appropriate fields and normalize the
database where ever necessary.
 Maintain a database for the list of cities and their respective Time differences
with GMT.
 Provide an option for the user to select the city and entry of GMT in both in
24 hr format and 12hr format. On entry of the above the feature should display
the current time for the selected city.
 Provide to maintain the country names for different cities.
 Display list of all Cities, with Country and Date Time for the selected GMT
and date time format.
