ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITMENT AND UNDERTAKING

This Commitment Form (The “Agreement”) is made and effective upon


execution of this document.

I, JOHN. M. ONG, do solemnly committed and primary responsible to all my


assigned functions, to perform as VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS in
line with the needs of the department / company. In view of the foregoing,
herewith a copy of Contract of Employment to support and enforce the facts of
this agreement specifically provided in the Job Title and Description therein;

That I shall perform my functions and deliver the proper services expected of my
position and those that promote the interest of the company over my own;

That I shall take responsibility of and be accountable for all the consequences of
my actions and the actions of my subordinates;
That I will likewise be accountable for the damaging or negative consequences of
the actions of my subordinates that I could foresee or anticipate under the normal
course of business but which I failed to do so;

That I will timely deliver my services according to company standards or


according to the demands of the business;

That I will protect all information, documents and knowledge that I have acquired
from the company or in the course of my work; that I will not disclose the same or
use them against the company or to my advantage against the interest of the
company at any time during my employment or thereafter;

In the event that I violate my foregoing commitment, in addition to the criminal or


civil actions that may be taken against me, I commit to voluntarily resign if the
company has already lost trust in me.
