Through JENALY A. PANTINOPLE, HT-IV – Science Department Head

Subject Designation as Science Department Learning Resource (LR) Coordinator

1 In the exigency of the service, in addition to your usual duties and functions as classroom
teachers,
you are hereby designated as Science Department Learning Resource (LR) Coordinator effective
immediately until revoked or rescinded for a cause.

2 As such you shall have the following functions:

1 Prepare, consolidate and submit accurate and updated reports.


2 Lead in the distribution and utilization of learning resources in the department (Science).
3 Keep and update database inventories of text-based and non-text-based learning
resources.
4 Attend, participate actively and update in all school LR meeting and other related
activities.
5 Lead in advocating and assisting teachers on how to responsibly access the DEPED
Learning Resource Portal and the LRMDS Social Media Sites.
6 Provide technical assistance to teachers on the development, production and storage of
Learning Resources
7 Perform other LR-related tasks.

3 Faithful compliance with this memorandum is desired.
