Notes :
1. Height from Rail top to Trolley floor : 0.580m (measured at site)
2. Height from Man-Railcar floor till roof : 1.5m (measured at site)
3. Full route survey to ensure headroom clearance to be carried out by construction contractor
4. As part of route survey, key headroom concern is near existing ESD-1 service platform which needs to be
further studied to enable Trolley, crossing with equipment.
5. LA-HPU items to be transferred shall be properly secured to the

Comment: Since the available headroom is 2280mm, whereas the wagon+equipment
height is only 2226mm, can't we manage to pass thought this access platform? BLNG
may thrown this query.
Pls verify whether
this beam can take
the load, otherwise
this options itself
will never work
Capacity of beam to be verified for
lifting HAP (2.5 T without oil)
Since the headroom at ESD platform
is not sufficient for free movement of
HPU on trolley, overhead beam
located here will be used for lifting
ESD valve access off HPU from train tolley.

Qualifications and Methodology (4 Nos.)
(To be confirmed by Construction Contractor)
1. The shifting of equipment from Warehouse to Jetty station
shall be arranged by construction contractor in safe manner.
It is advised by BLNG to exclude Warehouse transfer from
scope of this study.
2. Each equipment shall be mobilized without oil.
3. If required, reduce equipment weight & height by partial dis-
assembling the equipment. TFMC to be consulted for
possible dis-assembling at Warehouse.
4. Once dimensions and weight are confirmed; load the 2
equipment on the Wagon and secure it properly to ensure no HAP
damage during transport.
5. Proper wooden pallets to be used on Wagon floor to keep
equipment safely without wooden box. TROLLEY TROLLEY
