Bounded together with the same interest and spectacular talents six individuals
namely Marlopn De Guzman, Michael Louie Aure , Mark Angelo Nolasco ,Joel Hernandez,
Ric Negrillo , and Mia Angelica Barrion came up with an idea of building the most innovative

EVENT DESCRIPTION
True to its commitment of building the Philippines as an entrepreneurial nation and in
celebration of the International Women’s Month the Philippine Center for
Entrepreneurship, Inc. is inviting to all event co. to bid for the “1 st Badminton Sports
Conferernce 2019” to be held September 29, 2019, Sunday at the WORLD TRADE
CENTER in Pasay City.

The RTES Inc. can give a class and exemplary event for all. Our team of professionals,
with an average of 6 years’ experience in the event industry, builds their reputation
within the industry through quality services a satisfied customers.
The RTESI event continues to provide an unstoppable, wonderfully and fascinating event
for every Badminton athletes and sports enthusiast.
Formal Invitations with confirmation slip will be sent to the different schools and
university. The sending of invitations will start on August 20, 2019. Deadline for
submission of confirmation is until September 15, 2019 There will be five thousand
(5,000) delegates from different colleges and university , from the online registration
and walk in admission . The registration fee is five hundred (P500.00) pesos per
participant which lunch and snacks for a day and the kit for the topics to be discuss.
Check or cash payments shall be deposited on or before December 15,2016in the

Walk in participants may pay their registration fee on the day of registration.
Conference kits shall be distributed to all the participants. There will be thirty (30)
exhibitors of different equipment's and supplies with modern technolgy, They will

display their products by booths in the covered terrace of the hotel. Each supplier shall
pay Fifty thousand pesos (P 50,000.00) exhibit fee.

1. To give awareness to the minds of Badminton enthusiast about new trends of
technology forums in the world of Badminton sports .
2. To offer the new trends and to meet the global standards when it comes to technology
and delivers tools and concepts necessary for Badminton enthusiasts to pursue the path
towards success.

This Contract made and entered into by and between ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY
BADMINTON CLUB. duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic
of the Philippines, with business address at 5/F RFM Corporate Center, Pioneer cor. Sheridan
Sts., Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila herein represented by its President MR. EMMS
FERNANDEZ hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY,
- and –
RAM-TECH Event Services Inc., duly organized event planning company and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with business address at Cavite,
Philippines herein represented by its General Manager MR. MARLON DE GUZMAN
WHEREAS, relative to the upcoming “The 1ST Badminton Sports Conference 2019”
solicited sealed bids from interested and qualified event planning company for the provision of
over-all package event management for The 1ST Badminton Sports Conference 2019”
WHEREAS, in the opening of sealed bids held on August 3, 2019, the bid submitted by RAM-
TECH Event Services Inc. was found to be the Lowest Calculated Bid, in the amount of THREE
MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS Only (Php
3,149,850.00) inclusive of all taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the agreements herein
contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the PARTIES hereto agree and Contract as
follows:
1. The “ADMUBC” hereby engages the “RAM-TECH Event Services Inc.” to provide an
over-all package conference event. The service to be performed at WORLD TRADE
CENTER , 2/F WTCMM Building, Gil Puyat Avenue Extension corner Diosdado Macapagal
Blvd., Pasay City, Metro Manila 1300.
2. The “RAM-TECH Event Services Inc.” hereby agrees to provide the summit event service
for the following service terms:
• Total Rental of Conference Room
• Food and Beverages Services

• Emergency considerations services
• Over-all décor services
• Audio-Visual services
• Invitations/Miscellaneous or special printings services

3. The “RAM-TECH Event Services Inc’’ hereby agrees to skillfully and faithfully render his
professional services and is at all times to have complete control of the summit.
4. The “ADMUBC ” and “RAM-TECH Event Services Inc’’” hereby agree that the shall be
provided and accepted on September 3, 2019 .
5. The “ADMUBC” and “RAM-TECH Event Services Inc. Inc’’ hereby agree that the starting
time of the summit shall be October 3, 2018 7:00 am the ending time of the conference
shall be 5:00 pm of the said date.
6. The “ADMUBC” in consideration of the event service to be rendered by the “RAM-TECH
Event Services Inc.’’ and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to
“RAM-TECH Event Services Inc’’ for the following considerations:
7. 6a) Fifty (50) percent deposit upon signing of contract
8. 6b) the remaining Fifty (50) percent will be paid on
9. August 4, 2018 three (3) days after the summit.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto promise to abide by the terms of this contract and
intend to be legally bound thereby.
