Model Applicable
CK-1 Shengzhen Baoling CD Player

Fault Description
CD player switches deformed.

Diagnosis
The CD player switch does not work because it's melted by the sun heat.

Solution
Exchange a new CD player operating panel.

Removal/Installation

Remove the gearbox selector boot.

Detach two screws.

Remove 3 adjusting knobs and pull out the central instrument panel cover.

Remove 4 screws and disconnect connectors to take out CD player.

Remove 2 adjustable knobs.

Release all the self locking clips and separate CD player operating panel with electric PCB from CD body.

Push the safety detent according to the arrow direction.

Pull out the cable from the connector.

Remove 9 fixing screws to divide the PCB from plastic parts.

Remove LCD protecting screen, if necessary.

Install
The installation of the CD player operating panel is in the reverse order of the removal.
