SYNOPSES
The performance of employees is a function of knowledge, skills, attitude and ethical conduct.
Some authorities in management argue that attitude is everything. With the right attitude, an
employee will be willing to learn, acquire skills, show commitment to work, relate properly and
conduct himself ethically. Negative attitudes and unethical conduct pose great challenges in
working environment.
This workshop provides a platform for critical scrutiny of attitude and ethical conduct in our
organisations for a change.
