HR Policies / Do’s and don’ts to be Implemented w.e.f 01st March.
'2018
You’re supposed to behave in a good way in the office to maintain all the decorum or professionalism your office is known for.
If you ever deviate from the set patterns, then it tends to put you in trouble either instantly or in a long run. The short term
troubles might not have great effect on your future prospects, but longer ones will surely have.
The best way to be in the office is to keep concentrating on the job and leaving other aspects at their best. Once you give full
devotion to work, the rest would automatically be put on the backseat. Though it would be a hard practice for few to follow,
but it must be brought into the practice to realize all your future dreams and prospects with the company.
You’re not meant to interfere in others work or give suggestions to your colleagues if there are mistakes. Just stick to your
work and don’t give constant suggestions to colleagues as this step might not be taken in good light. Chip in with suggestions
once asked for, otherwise the situation might go out of control for you.
You should take immense care about the matters that involve the management and the HR. Once there are grudges regarding
the policies and other job related issues, don’t ever make it a big issue. Avoid speaking publicly anything related to the
management; anything offensive from your side might create a problem for you in the future.
Keep in mind that your every move is being assessed by the management, thus be reasonable for all times. Don’t discuss
anything related to the job and its aspects with anyone to let all your hopes being dashed. Promotions and appraisals will
come to purely by the way you behave, thus be sensible in your moves.
