Answer:
looking at a log of physical activity for 3 days , the relationship between my physical activity and my
mood is increasing depending on the activity when the intensity of my activity is high that changes my
mood the most , the activity that best changes my mood is swimming because it was an intense activity
where i move all my body and my mood changed from sleepy because it's early in the morning to
energetic happy and impressed of myself!
