Business Analyst – Life Insurance
1. Experience on complex regional > country digital and operations transformation programs with strong agile and
waterfall experience
2. 10 or more years of Life/Health insurance BA experience preferred:
a. Strong life/health domain expertise
b. Gathering and documenting requirements in JIRA/other online tools for agile
c. Drawing process flows( Visio / Lucidchart)
d. Basic tech understanding including integration mapping, Maintain Data dictionary / UI field mapping
e. Impact assessment for process people and technology experience
3. Experience in Life/health claim processing steps from Submission, FNOL, Data entry, Auto adjudication, Manual
assessment, Payment approval and Settlement aspects.
4. In particular - Strong adjudication rules experience for health insurance claim adjudication AND / OR strong BPM
experience for claim processing
5. Designations like ALMI / FLMI preferred
