Detailed Comments:
- Item 6.1, page 5: Ensure that the base - Noted and amended in item 6.1.1 page 5
concrete are free of sharp edges to avoid
damage to applied waterproofing.
- Item 6.2.2.A, Page 6: Foam concrete mix - Noted and amended t in item 6.2.2. A
design will be 600kg.m3 per structural Page 6
requirement.
- Item C, Page 7: The height of EPDM - Noted and amended in item 6.2.2.D Page
skirting at roof will be approx. 150mm 7
above finished level.
- Item 6.1, Page 6: The height of Durashield - Noted and amended in item 6.1.5 page 5
skirting at wet area will be approx. 50mm
above FFL.
- Item D, Page 7: Provide 250 microns - Noted and amended in item D, page 7
polyethylene sheet in between EPDM and
insulation at roof.
- Item E, Page 7: Geotextile lapping shall be - Noted and amended in item F, page 7
glued to avoid displacement and avoid
penetration on gravel into the
waterproofing membrane.
- Item I, Page 7: The screed is not required - Noted and amended in item I, page 8
above the insulation board prior to gravel
