Subject: FLIGHT CREW LICENSE EXAMINATION, Session 02 of 2021

Director General of Civil Aviation has decided to conduct, Flight Crew License Examination 02 of
2021 Session for both General and Technical papers for all the categories of Pilots. Examination Portal for
Flight Crew License Examination for 02 of 2021 Session will remain Open from 12th August, 2021 to 16th
August, 2021 for Flight Crew License Categories PPL, CPL, and ATPL for both General & Technical
papers as well as ATPL Oral Examination.

The detailed Guidelines for submitting the application ONLINE, along with the fee requirements
etc, are available in the respective chapter of the latest uploaded ‘User Manual”, Instruction(s) /
Notice(s) etc, on this portal. Candidates must read all the instructions carefully before filling up the
application.

All Candidates who have already been allotted computer number and desirous to
appear in this session, must apply and submit their application online https://pariksha.dgca.gov.in along
with the requisite fee latest by 2100 hrs. of closing date of portal. Hard copy of Examination
application is not required to be sent.

All the New candidates who had applied for the computer number in pariksha.dgca portal and the hard
copy of their computer number application (pdf generated through pariksha portal) along with requisite
documents received at Central Examination Organization, O/o Director General of Civil Aviation, East Block-
III, Level-III, R. K. Puram, New Delhi -110066 (CEO) on or before 9th August, 2021 shall only be considered
for allotment of computer number for this session of examination.

The detailed schedule and venue of the examination will be published in website
https://www.dgca.gov.in and the web portal https://pariksha.dgca.gov.in. All the Flight Crew candidates
are advised to look in to the ‘FC-Notice Board’ of https://pariksha.dgca.gov.in, from time to time for any
latest Instructions / Notices.

No physical enquiry regarding allotment of Computer Number will be entertained


at CEO Office due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
