1) On Internet Option, follow the below steps 2) In Control Panel, System and Security → Windows Firewall
→ Click “Turn on/off Windows Defender Firewall”

→ Restart " Remote Desktop Services"
1) In Control Panel, find Power Options
1) In Internet Options,
→ Click “Choose what Power Buttons do”
Click General Tab → Click “Delete” Button
→ Select the following items and click “Delete” Button
2) Click “Change settings that are currently unavailable”
→ Remove the check mark on the “Turn on fast startup (recommended)“
1) In Control Panel, find Power Management 2) Select Never for all “Put the computer to sleep”
→ Click “Change plan settings”
3) In Control Panel, find Device Manager 4) Click Power Management Tab → Remove the check mark on the
→ Double-click Network Adapter currently in use “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option
1) Install VDISetupAgent and VDIManager 2) Enter the Knox ID and VDI password 3) When the installation is completed,

(https://www.smart-office.co.kr) at the top of the VDI screen to switch to the local PC.
This allows you to switch over between your local PC and VDI PC.

The connection to VDI is cut out, but the VDI is still logged on.
