1. To transact, communicate, negotiate and coordinate with

2. To execute, sign, issue and deliver to said project developer/seller, for and in
my/our behalf, any and all documents and requirements relative to our purchase of the above-
named condominium unit/s , insofar as said documents or requirements are needed by the developer/seller
for documentation and completion of the subject sale transaction, including but not limited the Contract to
Buy/Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, contract Amendments or Addendums, Deed of Assignment, Waiver & Quitclaims
(in the event of cancellation or default), etc.; and --

3. To do and perform any and all legal acts necessarily related or incidental to the aforesaid
authority or purpose/s regarding my/our purchase of the subject property.

4. To receive the Condominium Certificate of Title from BDO as well as other documents in
connection with the aforesaid purchased/sale of condominium unit.

5. To sign and execute request such as change in buyer’s name, and/or profile, adjustments in
and of the account, cancellation and any other request relevant to the Purchase, Sale and Title transfer.

6. To represent, sign and execute for and in my/our behalf any and all documents related to
Transfer of Rights such as Certified True Copy of Title, Latest Tax Declaration, Latest Tax Clearance and other
required government documents in connection to Transfer of Rights for BIR, City Hall, Bank & Project Developer
that may require in releasing new Title of foregoing Transfer of Rights.

Hereby CONFIRMING and RATIFYING everything which my Attorney-in-facts, whose specimen


signature appears below and credible proof of identity was attached hereto, shall do or purport to do under
this deed, and hereby giving and granting unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act and deed and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
thereby holding the developer/seller free and harmless from any and all actions, claims, damages or losses
that may later on arise as a result of its reliance on the authority we have given under this Special Power of
Attorney.

This Special Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
