Introduction

The purpose of any contingency plan is to basically allow the organization to be able to

return the daily operation as quickly as possible after these unforeseen events. This is about the

protection about the resources and it is about the minimization customer inconvenience and also

identification of the key staff and it is used for the assigning of the specific responsibilities that is

observed in these contexts of recovery.

The purpose of the analysis is to be able to look into the benefits of scenario events/planning and

to look into the factors that is needed for the implementation of the scenario planning. The

different kinds of scenario planning is also considered in this element.
