Individual sport are better tan team sports

If you like to be in control and do not like to achieve your goals, an individual sport is
the right choice for you. Team sports will only make you frustrated because you won’t
be able to fully control the game. Sometimes in team sports, an individual athlete does
everything perfectly, and their team still lose

A team sport, on the other hand, requires individuals to work together cohesively where
each member has a specific role

Team sports are great for those who like cooperative, joint activities and enjoy
the social dimension of sport. If you think that working together in harmony with
others to achieve a common goal is a wonderful experience, then team sports
are definitely for you.   
Both individual and team sports are great in their own way. Whichever you
chose, you will do something great for your body and soul.

Are you all for one or one for all? When it comes to sports, people
typically aren’t both. From an early age, you will usually find yourself
leaning towards either team or individual sports.

This decision probably has a lot more to do with who you are as a person than
you’re actual skill set. For example, If you are more outgoing or a social butterfly
type, then you’ve probably found yourself drawn towards team sports.

Whereas if you are more shy, introverted or naturally competitive, you may
prefer individual sports. There are distinct benefits of playing both team or
individual sports but, there are of course, obvious disadvantages to each.

Regardless of whether you are a team player or a lone wolf, playing sports is
something to be applauded. But have you really thought about the pro’s and
con’s of your chosen field?
It is well known that practicing sports improve your health of your brain, moreover it
can give you an opportunity to meet people and have fun. But which is better
individual or team sports?
On the one hand individual sports are better for those who do not like the idea of
relying on others ,you are on your own , and you can decide where and when you can
practice it. Even though this kind of sports require a lot of discipline, you can set your
goal and get the best posible result without worring about other´s work.

On the other hand teams sports help you to work in a team, and build strong
relationship. It can also teach you discipline and respect for others . Athoug it also
teaches you that life isn´t always fair.

To sump up I believe it doesn´t matter what kind of sport you do, the decisión probably
has to do with who you are, but” do something.”
