1. Client: Babson College Sep 2019 to Present.


Location: Wellesley, MA
Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Babson College is a private business school in Wellesley, Massachusetts, established in 1919. Its
central focus is on entrepreneurship education, and it is often ranked the most prestigious
entrepreneurship college in the United States.

Responsibilities:
 Worked on improving the Babson college website by introducing new process and worked
on automating the many of the processes.
 Developed visual force pages to import Contacts into Salesforce with affiliated accounts
and created campaign members.
 Worked on Alumni Business Directory to further engage alumni who own businesses and
provide them with a platform for promotion & exposure. In addition the College would
benefit from collecting further information about alumni population i.e. the types of
businesses they work for/own. Also provide alumni convenient access to search for
different businesses and/or services as needed from a trusted resource.
 Worked on importing LinkedIn Profiles into Salesforce to update the data on the contact
and other objects.
 Worked on Integrating Form Assemble Form ‘Babson Boston intake form’ to Salesforce.
 As Babson moved from Classic to Lightning, worked on developing the lightning

productive work. Intralinks customers can connect to the network to confidently and
productively control the sharing, distribution and management of their high-value content –
regulated, IP intensive or simply important data.

Responsibilities:
 Worked on integrating Salesforce Social Technology (Social Studio) with Sales Cloud .The
marketing team need to enable integration between Social Studio and Salesforce, with the
ultimate goal of getting targeted social posts into the hands of sales reps in the form of
Most Qualified Lead tasks which can be tied to lead or contact records in Salesforce.
 Developed different Visual Force Page forms to ensure, required information is provided at
necessary steps in sales cycle. Created the pages to capture expected term,
Product, quantity, and total amount at the time of opportunity creation with Proper guided
selling with line of business etc.
Made quote creation and modification as easy as possible
 In order to allow all leads currently in Pardot to be available in Salesforce, worked on
creating new record type for Pardot leads which have not been qualified.
Create a set of workflow rules to validate the lead from Pardot and to convert it to
standard Lead in salesforce when a single check box is checked.
 Interact with business unit members to gather and document enhancement requirements
for quarterly Sprints.
 To improve the Release process created a custom object on the case to capture Post-
Deployment activities required and collect release details. This can then be reported on
through the case and every post-deployment activity would be in the same report.

 Worked on controller for the IT Case Sort. The primary purpose of this controller is to
return the list of cases for IT for different functional areas managed. The user should be
able to sort on the priority across the functional Area.

 Worked with SOQL & SOSL queries with Governor Limitations to bulkify the code with

 Developed different Visual Force Page forms to suit to the needs of the application using
different Visual force components.

 Created a trigger to notify an support manager as soon as SYSTEM DOWN condition ticket
hits the pmr. SYSTEM DOWNs are very critical for production servers and they have to be
resolved in 2 hours.
 Created different kinds for reports for support manger to discuss on weekly calls:

1) Case number, Age of the Case, Severity of the Case, Assigned Engineer.
2) New case number, description, customer details, Time zone, Is Engineer
Assigned(Yes/No)
