matter/information which has been imparted or entrusted to me as a result of
my employment:

b. that I will comply with such regulations concerning proprietary rights of the
company as had been laid down:

c. that I will not divulge any confidential matter gained by me as a result of my


employment to any unauthorized personnel, orally or in writing, without
previous consultation with the company.

other means.

e. that upon my resignation/retirement from the company. I will surrender all


confidential sketch, plan, model, article, note or document made or acquired by
me in the course of my official duties.

2. I certify that I have read and fully understood the company employee manual and am
aware of my duties and responsibilities for safekeeping company proprietary rights.

3. I understand that the provisions of this security declaration apply not only during the
period of my employment with the company, but even after, and that I may be held
liable for prosecution, if either I wishfully or negligently allow confidential
issues/documents to pass to unauthorized persons, company, businesses, news.
