Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above, the academic monitoring (1st and 2nd) were conducted vide office orders mentioned
in reference 1 and 2 respectively. As per the Scrutiny Remark of Academic Monitoring Reports and the specific remark reviewed and
finalized by the committee Chaired by Hon Joint Director of Technical Education, R. O Mumbai about your institute, I am pleased to
inform you the Progress / Discrepancies observed if any at your institute. You are requested to consider these comments as Feed Back
and improve the academic performance of your institute as the case may be before the next Academic Monitoring.
The report of steps taken by you to improve the academic standard as per the Discrepancies report, should be submitted to this
office immediately. If no report is received from your end or if the report is unsatisfactory, then necessary action will be taken as per
MSBTE rules. In such situation for any loss to students, your self and your institute shall be fully responsible, which please be noted.
In reference to the minutes of the Regional review committee meeting (Vide reference 3) all the Principals are particularly
informed that if the SPECIFIC DESCRIPENCIES (Shown under Part - B, the SERIOUS DESCRIPENCIES as * ) to any of the
institute/s in the Specified areas are to be rectified in To-To, with in 03 months. The compliance report of the SERIOUS
DESCRIPENCIES/ IMPORTANT DESCRIPENCIES met out, to be submitted to this office (Upto 31 May 2011), which will be put
forth again to Hon Joint Director for perusal and necessary action.

OBSERVATION AND SPECIFIC REMARKS :

1) Progressive Theory Tests were not conducted as per MSBTE schedule. *
2) Teaching progress should be as per MSBTE calendar. *

All the Serious Discrepancies* are to be rectified before 31 May 2011 and the Important Discrepancies #
are to be rectified or effected on priority, and the compliance report to be submitted to the office
immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTE : -
1. All the Principals of all the institutes are informed that if any one of the discrepancy exist in you
institute even though it is not pointed out by mistake in this academic monitoring report and not
shown in your this feed report are also requested to met out the same prior to the above specified
period.
2. All the Principals of all such institutes pointed with Serious/ Important Discrepancies
parameters, are informed that the compliance report is also to be presented to the subsequent
academic monitoring committees.
3. All the Chairman and his EMC team of the subsequent academic monitoring committees is
requested to verify the academic performance of all the institutes in light of the above
Progress/Discrepancies parameters.
4. All the Chairman and his EMC team of the subsequent academic monitoring committees is
requested to point out the discrepancy remarks to the branch specific and laboratories specific.
