Instructions: This application form, duly completed should be submitted to the Vice Chancellor,
University of Chitral on or before the due date along-with:
i. Attested photocopies of certificates, degrees, detail marks certificate, domicile and
other relevant documents.
ii. Bank receipt or Bank Draft for amount mentioned in the advertisement drawn in
favour of Vice Chancellor, in Account No: 01373001457631 University of
Chitral (The Bank of Khyber Pakistan, Chew Bazaar Branch, Chitral) must be
attached with the form.
iii. Persons already in employment should submit their application forms through
proper Channel along-with NOC issued by the competent authority.
iv. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date will not be
entertained.
v. Use additional sheets, if required.
